Right of withdrawal
This policy applies to consumers (§ 13 German Civil Code) when concluding contracts via auditveo.com and auditveo.de. Note: in case of dispute, the German-language version prevails.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. Please address your withdrawal to:

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, although it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and not later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
If you have requested that the services should begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount which corresponds to the proportion of services already provided up to the time at which you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal in respect of this contract, compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires early in the case of a contract for the supply of services or for the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium if we have begun performance of the contract after you have:
- expressly consented to us beginning performance of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period, and
- acknowledged that, by giving such consent, you lose your right of withdrawal upon the start of performance of the contract.
This consent is obtained in the Premium Website Audit checkout via two separate checkboxes before delivery of the report starts.
